Years ago, a young actor, who spent a few nights on the benches that used to reside on this path, looked at this Queen's Necklace, Marine Lines, and told his friend, "One day, I will rule this city". Years later, when asked, he replied to his quote by saying, "The city rules me today!". I don't need to mention the name of the superstar! And, yes, the city still gives him all the reasons to dream bigger!
