I took this shot at the Industrial Area of Andheri. This is where majority of the top companies have their offices. It is very close to where Veerappa works. Such trucks are very common to find. They carry the goods from one city to the other. I want to travel in such a truck once in my life, at least! I'm sure I'll love it and enjoy it as much as I love and enjoy this song.
Looking at this shot, I realized that it would've been a completely incomplete shot had the crack not been there. We all do have cracks and low points in our lives. But its only with such cracks that the picture looks complete. After all, imperfection also has perfection in it!
For the cracks that help us become stronger...

Wonderfully colorful -- and you're right, the crack gives it a whole different feel.
Reminds me a bit of busses we rode in India. The destination was written on the front, but in Hindi or Tamil or some language we didn't understand. So we'd have to ask someone which was the right bus, double-check with the driver, and still always felt like we were taking it somewhat on faith that we would actually wind up where we thought we would. But that's part of the fun of travel, especially when you're VERY young.
Thanks Alexa!!:)
Yes, if you were in Bombay, then the numbers would've probably been written in Marathi!:) If you were down south in Madras or some place, then probably they were written in Tamil!:) But yes, you surely need to check up with the driver if the bus is going to the destination as SURELY there are many people who would want to have fun by giving wrong addresses and information to people...I must admit...just for fun sake, I've done that too at times!;-)
Did you check out the song? Check out this film - jaane tu ya jaane na...its a really cute refreshing film!!:)
I checked out the song. The scenery was beautiful and the song very mellow - matched the scenes perfectly. Very light hearted and pleasant.
Imperfection also has perfection in it - as perfection has imperfection. There is yin and yang to everything.
absolutely from cali!:)
yin and yang is life!:)
Hi all,
The point is that this shot is interesting thanks to the crack. Without it, it would have been a nice picture, but the crack brings a kind of emotion, tells us a story, gives the whole scene something more, a soul.
You were talking about perfection and imperfection, I do believe that imperfection is the highway to beauty... because beauty is emotion. And I never feel anything close to emotion in front of perfection.
So, thanks for the emotion, thanks for the beauty!
