After spending the weekend with Veerappa, I guess we need to come back to the other side of the city too. This shot was taken on the streets of Marine Lines. But, to be very honest, almost every street of this city has these objects moving on it at any time of the day!
The black and yellow colored taxi gives one of the faces to the city whereas the red BEST bus forms the giant on the streets which nobody can mess around with. The city has its colors and its faces which amazes me each and every day...more because every day, every moment...this city has something new to say with these travelers.

Well, Rahul -- you know that as a New Yorker, I can totally relate! (Though I'm usually underground in the equally overwhelming subway.) If you could, would you go back to a less crowded time?
The roads here are pretty busy especially the coastal roads in the summer. A universal situation I guess.

Alexa, very honestly, I don't know the answer to that. I need to figure it out I think. I know we all crib of the crowds but to be very honest, I do believe that we are a part of the crowd too! And, cribbing about ourselves is the worst thing one can do!:) Thus, I guess I would surely want the crowds...but probably fetching my wish a bit more, I would opt for crowds in time-slots!;-)
