Imagine this board was kept on the divider for people to read it, but it is hardly visible all thanks to the condition and the plants around it!
This isn't the only board...you will find a lot of these on the Sion patch but they're all in this condition, if not worse. The only thing I feel people need today is discipline, when it comes to maintaining your city. We fail to understand that the city is our's and not just the government's! We make the city by staying there, just as we make our house a home by staying there! I really like what the Police has done near the famous junction at Haji Ali - any person who is found crossing the road instead of using the subway to go his way, is fined on the spot! This way, that junction has become so disciplined! I just wish someday we wont have this system of fines and we ourselves would realize what we should do and what we shouldn't!

I suppose it will take many accidents before this sign is spruced up and people heed it's warning, although I hope not.

As you said, I hope that doesn't happen...but I do hope much more that people understand and realize...:)
I'm sure there are more than a few places where an underpass would come in handy. I absolutely hate trying to cross the street in Rome, and was thrilled to discover at one busy intersection a subway that's also a book store.
Might help if this one was more visible though, don't you think?

At Rome, it really is a scary thing to cross the roads!!:) You really aren't sure if the vehicle drivers would wait or just take you along with them!!:)
