I took this shot as I was passing the streets of one of the localities of Andheri.
What caught my attention is what you can see here.
This man was sleeping on here amidst the traffic, the morning rush and all the hurry to reach destinations. What really amazed me was the background. There are photographs of the one above, stuck on the wall behind this man and I wonder at such times if he really is watching all of this! If he is, then why not just change the faces as soon as possible!
For the sleep and the wait...

I was just complaining because I ordered a mattress for my new bed (actually, it's an antique; it was my grandmother's), and it's taking over a month to arrive. Meanwhile, I'm sleeping on plywood and 3 inches of memory-foam mattress topper. Now I'm officially ashamed of myself. Do you suppose this man chose this spot specifically so he could sleep under the watchful eye of the one (a deity?) in these images? I'd like to give him 3 inches of memory foam—it's really pretty comfy.
:) as its human to always not realize what we have and always want more!!:) It happens with me all the time!!:)
I don't think this man had an option...I don't even think he would've realized the deity's pics behind him!:)
He looks like he is sleeping heavily. He must have been so exhausted. At least he is being watched over as I hope he continues to be.
yup, Rose...hoping that keeps his sleep intact!
