I took this shot at Bandstand, today. This is Jivesh Terraces, which happens to be one of the most famous buildings in this area.
When I took this shot from my phone, what I had in mind was the clear blue sky. What got captured was the peak of this building from where, probably, one could capture just the sky.
Don't we always want to reach the highest of heights? Don't we want to always reach a point where all that we can see is purity, clarity, and transparency. One always makes sure he makes it to the top, whatever it might take him to reach there. But does one realize that when we ultimately reach the top, when we ultimately reach our goals, when we finally achieve what we want to see, it is always just us...we realize that we and the many like us sharing the space at that moment, together define oneness.
And, as we stare at the vast blue sky that we have been wanting to see, we realize that just like all of us, the sky itself is just one...
For the power of one...

Rahul -- I have no doubt that you will make it to the top (meanwhile, this would make a terrific "Skywatch Friday" photo!
So, I have missed a lot it seems! I am always playing catch up!!!
The "looking up" angle is another of my favorites. Doesn't it remind you of when you were a child and so small and every thing else around you looked so big in comparison?
The blue of the sky is lovely to look upon.
:) you make me smile always, Alexa!!:)
you bet, Rose!!:) The blue sky can say a thousand words when you look upto it!:)
