What amazed her is the lovely little housefly that was resting on the sauce bottle tip for a long time, on another table.
The least that we can do is keep our spaces clean...so that we can feel clean about the same.
This is surely one thing that we need to learn -- keep clean!
I wish we could just adapt a few simple policies for a better space around us...

Makes you wonder about all the flies that land but you don't see them. Or what invades the kitchen when the staff goes home. If I thought about these things, I'd never eat out!
